ESC’s universal corners are designed to allow for multiple connections (45, 90 and 135 degree bends) along the structure. ESC’s corners are compatible with all PESC vinyl profiles (OESC 24-6.4, PESC 24-7.6 and PESC 24-9.0)

PESC Mandrel
The PESC Mandrel is a robust steel guide designed to facilitate the installation of vinyl sheet piles in challenging soil conditions. Used in conjunction with vibratory hammers, it ensures the precise alignment and protection of sheet piles during driving. Its tailored profile and compatibility with various construction equipment provide efficiency and reliability in pile installation.
- Material: High-strength steel (Grade A50 or better)
- Suitable for a range of vibratory hammers, from 1,200 lbs to massive +12,000 lbs units
- Compatibility with Construction Equipment: Any equipment capable of mounting a vibratory hammer
- Usage Recommendations: For vinyl sheet piles exceeding 9 ft in length and soil conditions requiring over 15 nSPT
